I got Fired.
After roughly 6 years I’m ready to close the casket on the only tattoo shop I ever worked at. I no longer am affiliated with Skin Factory Tattoos.
As soon as I find a shop to work at, I will commence all business. for now, I’m going to look for another shop to work at, and continue working conventions.
I am just as shocked as anyone else, and still haven’t gotten a straight answer (or any proof of wrongdoing) as to why I was let go so I can’t answer any questions on why I was fired.
Thank you so much for the immediate outpour of love and support of my family, friends, and clients. Thank you for always supporting me, and loving me, no matter what. If nothing else, I learned a lot.
With Love,
Nickhole

That is so screwed up! I’m sorry to hear about you getting let go. Since getting tattooed by you in April I’ve gotten so many compliments, sing your praises, give your web site to everyone, and can’t wait to get another tattoo on my other arm by you. You have so much talent, a wonderful personality, incredible charm, and an incredible amount of knowledge. I know firsthand what a valuable asset you were to the Skin Factory – not to mention how well you worked with your coworkers and the mutual respect you had – and they have got to regret their decision. Maybe not yet, but they will. Either way, I know that wherever you find work next they’ll be lucky to have you. I’m glad you’re not letting this unfortunate experience bring you down . . . stay strong and keep tattooing. I’ll eventually be making another trip from Albuquerque to see you and get inked again. I have every confidence in you and there’s no one I’d rather do business with. Ever. Good luck in the meantime, and let me know if I can be a reference or anything. It would be my pleasure.
