why you should trust me to tattoo you
I feel that performing a tattoo is a sacred bond between two people… and i have to say, there is no greater honor than knowing that part of me is going with you to the grave. i help people celebrate struggles, mourn losses, decorate their bodies, and change their lives. but what i will not do, is tattoo you if i feel that what you’re asking me for isn’t in your best interest. if in my experience what your asking for may produce unwanted results (stretching, scarring, mudding together over a short time) i won’t do it. rather, i will help to guide you in the right direction, so that you get exactly what you want. if you are drunk or high, i will not be able to tattoo you until your body is no longer under the influence. it produces crappy tattoo work, is harder to do, makes your skin even more sensitive, and i’m allergic to marijuana (yes, really.) i charge honest prices, for awesome work. i work quickly without rushing, and am gentle and sensitive to your comfort and peace of mind. i use brand-new, sterilized and disposable equipment, and i guarantee my work for life. my aftercare is tried and true, and i am constantly researching and learning more about tattooing, aftercare, preparation, and the long term effects of environmental factors on your work.
unfortunately, not everyone will understand my methods. they might rather go into a random shop off of the street, ask some drunk guy to do their tattoo for cheaper, who won’t tell them that it might look terrible when it’s starting to age, or the risks of what they’re about to do.
i’m not in the tattoo industry for money. i don’t party, and i’m not a rockstar who won’t return your calls or treat you like a wallet with pigtails.
i would tattoo all day for free if my bills were paid. i know it’s rare, but i really do love my job. i love people, i love art, i love being able to connect with people on a completely personal level. there aren’t many industries where you get to touch people… permanently, and i’m absolutely positive that this is the only thing i could do with my life until i retire. oh sure i might teach an art class occasionally, or volunteer, or help other friends with their businesses should they need it. but i can’t imagine ever going into another field as long as i live.
it’s a good feeling. thank you for reading this. and i hope if you plan on getting a tattoo, you’ll consider me. i’m permanently located in las vegas, nevada. but will travel for tattoo tour dates to be announced accordingly on my website.
thank you again. and if you don’t get tattooed by me, please at least make sure the person tattooing you cares about your health as well as your wealth.
with love, nickhole

I’ll tell you now, you’ve certainly sold me as a customer. You tattooed me a few days ago (the blue wave-type piece on my hip). The piece looks lovely, is healing nicely, and I’m very happy with it. And you seem like a genuine and nice girl. I already have in mind another small piece, which I hope to get done in the near future. And another larger piece for further down the line (when my finances aren’t so tight). Love all the work I’ve seen in your portfolio. I’ll definitely be back.
